Beginning Ukulele Classes

The Ukulele is the perfect first instrument for young children. This naturally small instrument fits so well into their small hands! JAMaROO Kids is excited to offer this Intro to Ukulele class led by Teacher Sohnjay. They bring so much joy and laughter to the classroom that your children will be sure to instill a love for music for years to come in this small group class!

Children will the learn the following in this class:
-Basic rhythm/strumming skills
-Fostering the idea of singing/playing an instrument at the same time
-Learning how to properly handle/care for an instrument
-Group singing/playing
-Introduction to basic pitch concepts (string names, chord names, tuning- sharp/flat)
