Shelly McClain

Shelly McClain joined Team JAMaROO in 2009 and holds a degree in performance and choreography from San Francisco State University.
She has 16 years of experience in dance and the performing arts and has worked with children of all ages over the past 9 years.
Her experience includes working in day cares and developing arts integration programs and theater arts classes for elementary school students.

Shelly has been a member of dance companies in San Francisco, San Diego, and London. Her experience in dance includes modern, ballet,
jazz, tap, and hip hop. Also, she has studied Bikram Yoga, Tai Chi, Capoeira, and Tae Kwon Do.

Her music background includes playing the flute for over twenty years in concert bands and ensembles.
Currently, she is taking voice lessons to strengthen her vocal abilities.

Shelly has a natural enthusiasm for teaching and enjoys sharing her passion for dance, music, and yoga with her students.
